Casual Numbers Person

What we offer:
Mustud hires extraordinary individuals who love what they do. Our team culture is supportive, empowering and inspiring. We like to think of Mustud as a stage for you to do what you love, to achieve your goals and follow your chosen career path. We love coming to work every day and you will too! We value our collaborative team and our mission to provide a music education to our community. We are growing bigger and better every year. We are looking for people who want to grow with us and we want to help you grow too. We're all for lofty dreams - picture yourself CFO of Mustud Studios? We like you already.

Our studio is warm, inviting and relaxed. We have plants. They're kept alive by our inspiring Founder. We have a coffee machine. HQ is sitting sweetly above a Wine Bar.

Who you are:
Our saviour! You are the left-brained genius afloat in a sea of crumpled receipts from the right brained musicians. You are KonMari. You are feng shui. You are organised, love numbers, spreadsheets, order and taking succinct yet detailed notes. You are methodical and complete things consistently and to a very high standard. You are computer-literate and confident online and on the cloud. Maybe you've done the big corporate thing and are looking for a change. Maybe you've always loved small teams. Either way, you're ready to help make a big difference on a personal level. You value education and are inspired to help us positively impact the lives of young (and not so young) people through your work. You have had experience in finance or bookkeeping positions. You are an individual, with a voice, and support others being themselves and having a voice too. You are happy in a part-time role, but also aware that there is potential to grow with Mustud, if you like. You're ready to work somewhere that genuinely acknowledges and appreciates your skills and your hard work.
